Are you passionate about interior design and creating stunning spaces? DRW Flooring is expanding, with our second showroom opening this January, and we’re looking for a Flooring Retail Sales Manager to lead operations and drive success in our growing retail division!

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love for design with your leadership and sales expertise in a role where you’ll make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, offering training and guidance.

Use your passion for interior design to help customers find the perfect flooring solutions to transform their spaces.

Offer personalized design consultations and expert advice to clients.
Keep the showroom fresh and inspiring with updated displays that reflect current trends.

Oversee inventory and collaborate with installation and operations teams for a seamless customer experience.

Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to meet business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong passion for interior design and a flair for transforming spaces.
Proven retail sales management experience, ideally in flooring, interior design, or home improvement.

Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong customer relationships.

Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

A design-oriented perspective with creative problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with managing store operations, including inventory and reporting.

Experience with design software (e.g., CAD, Measure Square) is a plus but not required.
