From the opulence of a silk looking carpet in a hotel bedroom suite, to the intricate border designs of a designer rug, each project is uniquely tailored to satisfy the demands of our discerning clients.
As a Sales Manager, your mission is simple: drive sales, build relationships, and exceed targets. You will manage an existing portfolio of clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing flooring supply customers.
* Hit & exceed monthly Sales Targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the flooring industry.
* Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
* Arrange flooring samples for customers to assist in product selection.
* Produce CAD plans, estimates / quote’s.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
* Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and account status using CRM software.
What You Bring
· 3+ years’ experience in sales & estimating.
· A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong negotiation & closing skills.
· Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
· A natural communicator – confident, personable, and persuasive.
· Excellent maths skills to handle pricing, estimates, and margins.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Word, and Excel.
· A self-starter mindset – driven, adaptable, and ready to take initiative.
