Contract Flooring (Basildon) Site Manager
Crean Contract Flooring is seeking a skilled and reliable Site Manager to join our team, overseeing on-site operations for a variety of flooring projects. Based in Basildon, this full-time, on-site role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the successful completion of high-quality flooring installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee flooring installation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations
Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Resolve any on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Provide leadership and direction to site teams
Qualifications:
Proven experience in flooring project management or site management
Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive problem solver and team leader
Health and safety certification is a plus
