Demolition, site preparation and clearance work. Wandsworth Borough
Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and
competent suppliers for the expansion of the school from 3 forms of entry
to four forms of entry. The works contain 3 elements: construction of a
new building, demolition of the neighbouring nursery and the two class
nursery and Landscaping works including the provision of two Multi Use
Game Areas.
The new building will have a ground floor of 1 298m2 consisting of
classrooms, school hall & kitchen, a neighbourhood nursery, offices,
toilets, a plantroom, and group rooms. The first floor of 837m2 will
consist of classrooms, staffroom, offices, group rooms, toilets. There are
2 staircases and a lift.
