teaching environment over three floors. Specialist teaching facilities

office accommodation. Alterations to the existing building including
reconfiguration at ground and first floors to provide new office
accommodation and case pit.
The structural solution comprises piled foundations and reinforced
concrete frame and floors.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for
economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However,
any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out
for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the
most economically advantageous tender.The Contractor procurement will
comprise the following process: The first stage will be the
evaluationofsubmitted pre-qualification questionnaires to identify a
preferred shortlist of 5 to 8, in accordance with thestatedcriteria, which
is detailed on the front of the pre-qualification questionnaire. The
shortlisted contractorswillbe invited to submit a tender for the scheme.
Evaluation of the tenders will be in accordance with thecriteriaspecified
