Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements
are met: Parties wishing to prequalify for tender shortlisting must first
register their request to be issued with a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
at the end of the statutory expressions of interest period. This must be
done by email to the address in Annex A (I) i.e. that of the Project
Manager. Correspondence direct to the Contracting Authority will be
ignored.
The Project Manager will issue an acknowledgment and a copy of the
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire including submission guidelines by return
at the end of the expressions of interest period.
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire responses MUST be made of the postal
address contained with Annex A (I).
Parties should provide two number hard, bound copies of ther submission
and two number eletronic copy on CD rom or USB data media.
Pre- Qualification requirements are outlined in the Pre-Qualification
Questionnaire document.
