Description
The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of a refurbishment of a grade II listed single storey barn into an artist studio.
The project briefly comprises of, remove existing block paved floor, supply and install (S&I) a fully damp proof membrane concrete floor with screed finish.
Re-fix existing roof tiles to existing roof where breakages or daylight can be viewed, S&I kingspan (or similar) 100mm insulation to ceiling, plaster board over and decorate in matt white paint.
S&I electrical system from existing fuse board including lighting.
S&I internal pvc glazed doors that shall act as the main entrance point to 10.No. arches. S&I half round 112mm guttering to both eaves. S&I kitchenette.
