Modifications that matter

National Flooring Equipment launches European-specific machine

To support its expansion into European markets, floor preparation specialist National Flooring Equipment has added a new floor stripper to its range.

The 5000 Cinq-Mille is modified specifically for European customers and is smaller and lighter than its US counterparts.

Despite its modifications, the 5000 Cinq-Mille has all the removal power and functionality of National Flooring Equipment’s 2900 ride-on stripper, which is currently a best-seller for the company.

Designed for high-speed soft floor and hard goods removal, the 5000 Cinq-Mille is a durable, emission-free workhorse.

It is equipped with hydraulic steering, which makes manoeuvring in tight spaces much easier and continuous torque for higher removal rates and greater productivity.

As well as adapting its size, the 5000 Cinq-Mille also comes with electrical wiring compatible with all European outlets as standard, meaning that customers will not have to wait for these alterations to be made before receiving their machine.

“Over the last year, we’ve seen a huge increase in sales in Europe,” explained Connie Johnson, marketing director of National Flooring Equipment.

“Because of this, our engineering team was spending an increasing amount of time modifying existing products to suit individual customer needs.

The next logical step for us was to develop a plug-and-play ride on stripper for our European customer base.”

“Going forward, we plan to make similar modifications to other machines in our range, based on our customer’s requirements.

We believe in the importance of excellent customer service, no matter where in the world you are.

National Flooring Equipment will offer the same level of support and training on our European machines as we do for those used in the US.”

The 5000 Cinq-Mille’s adjustable arm rests and seat allow for a balanced and comfortable ride.

The machine’s front debris collector protects the machinery from the impact of loose materials while the dual-lift hydraulic slide plate adjusts blade pitch and angle for continuous contact with the floor.

National Flooring Equipment has representatives in both the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
