To install suspended floors over a workshop and garage area – the building is metal framed, breeze block and timber clad design.
The 2 floors will be approx. 4.5m x 5m and be joined by creating a doorway through the existing breeze block wall which partitions the workshop and garage areas.
The workshop area floor will link to an existing metal staircase.
Alterations to the current lighting will be needed including new lighting provision under the suspended floors
