Floorwise set to turn flooring retailers pink in industry first

Retailers across the country will be turning pink as Floorwise has launched its Floorwise Aware underlay, the firs carpet underlay to support the work of leading charity Breast Cancer Care.

Under the motto ‘comfort that cares’, every roll of Floorwise Aware underlay sold will see a donation made to Breast Cancer Care, a charity that brings people together, provides information and support, and campaigns for improved standards of care for all those affected by breast cancer.

“Floorwise Aware is a first for the retail flooring industry and we are anticipating a great take-up from retailers across the UK wanting to give to a very worthwhile cause, while hugely improving their standing in the local community,” comments Richard Bailey, managing director, Floorwise. “Nearly all of us know someone who has been affected by cancer at some point in our lives, making the choice of charity all the more poignant, not only for retailers but for their customers too.”

With a strong pink theme running throughout, from the pink film of the underlay itself to the pink packaging, presenter and a huge array of free pink-themed in-store marketing materials, retailers will be in the perfect position to benefit from aligning themselves with this highly recognised charity. Retailers quick to sign up will be able to launch the product to a hugely engaged local audience while benefitting from the positive impact of the underlay all year round:

The donation
