Description
Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) manage 26,000 properties in the North West and South Yorkshire.
GPHG is looking for feedback from flooring contractors who can provide and install carpets, vinyl, safety vinyl and LVT in occupied, empty, and communal properties.
This notice is out there to get feedback from the market early on, before GPHG officially ask for bids (which is planned for around Summer 2024).
GPHG are thinking of creating a framework that covers all their regions, probably dividing it by location to make it accessible to contractors of all sizes.
GPHG estimate the whole contract to be worth about £4 million inc VAT over four years.
GPHG have the following aims from the pre-market engagement:
1 – Gather information about local suppliers, such as what areas they cover, the services and products used and delivery timescales.
2 – Understand administration operations, including using GPHG systems for ordering and invoicing.
3 – Understand potential barriers to bidding for the contract, and explore opportunities to remove these barriers.
