CSSA Launches new Management Training

Today, the Cleaning and Support Services Association (CSSA) launched its new Diploma in Cleaning Management, powered by Cleanwise Training and delivered in association with Drury PSM.

This training provides new managers in the industry with the skills and knowledge required to deliver good customer service, manage their staff well and grow profitability for their employers.

Speaking after the launch, Andrew Large (Chief Executive of the CSSA) said “this course represents a major investment in the future of cleaning in the UK. We firmly believe that the quality of front line management is fundamental to the delivery of good service and this course will improve precisely that management talent within the UK cleaning sector”.

Lyn Crowther (Managing Director of Cleanwise) added “the feedback from the pilot participants has been excellent. This course fills a gap in the cleaning industry and we are sure that the industry will welcome this chance to develop their management skills”.

Speaking for Drury PSM, Vanda Bell-Preston noted “good people management is an essential part of managing cleaning contracts well. This course will ensure that cleaning managers can get the best out of their employees and improve the services they give to their clients”.

The course is currently available exclusively for CSSA members only. Courses can be delivered throughout the country.

Please contact Andrew Large on [email protected] or Lyn Crowther on [email protected] to express an interest and register on a course.
