The works comprise the Design & Build of an Occupational Health Facility room’s 1C29-1C32, Supply and install new walls, doors, windows, flooring, ceiling, lighting, emergency light switching/PIRs, electrics, ventilation,data, plumbing, new benching, security access control & personal alarm, furniture, shelving along with the renewal of allfittings and finishes including redecoration throughout. All fittings and fixtures to be identical unless specified otherwise, the contractor is to provide with the tender the timescale and programme for the works. SITE VISITS Site visits are a mandatory part of the tender process and will be available from Monday 1st September to 15th September 2014.
