Jaymart’s tough and versatile Remp ZERO synthetic rubber flooring range boasts high performance characteristics.
Just one of the products in the range is the firm favourite round studded flooring Zero TP BK GT which is a 4.00mm thick tile for extra heavy duty contract use. Typical applications are demanding floor locations such as airports and railway stations, where the volume of traffic is intense. Tiles are 1000mm x 1000mm and have the classic 30mm diameter round stud profile. A wide range of colours, size and qualities are available for specific needs and to satisfy the functional and aesthetic requirements of designers.

Slate; Slate Terrazzo; Hammer Unifloor; Hammer Terrazzo; Smooth Uni; Smooth Terrazzo; Smooth Terrazzo Acoustic; Hammer Lock Uni; Hammer Lock Terrazzo and Sportway HE.
Zero tiles have a post-vulcanisation surface treatment (GT) to improve resistance and surface density. A less porous surface results in an easier to clean and more dirt resistant floor.
The GT treatment has the following advantages over traditional surfaces:
• Improved protection from scratching and getting dirty
• No waxing necessary for applications receiving regular maintenance with a monobrush
• Easier cleaning and maintenance
• Less water and detergent used and power saved
• Improved economic impact on product life cycle
On an eco note, all products in this range are environmentally friendly, inherently anti-bacterial so ideal for hygiene sensitive environments, and can be easily recycled.
