Bringing years of industry and corporate development expertise to the table, Tom Mathys has been newly appointed as UK and Ireland Sales Director for Lano Carpets.
With an impressive career spanning over fifteen years in the industry, Tom has previously held positions at several of Europe’s leading floor covering businesses including Balta and Unilin. He brings a wealth of in-depth expertise in carpet manufacture and commercial consultancy to his new role at Lano, heading up both the commercial and residential sides of the business.
As a long established enterprise, Lano is a Belgian company well known to UK retailers and specifiers for its broad range of beautiful, premium quality broadloom carpet and rugs supplied for a range of applications including the residential, commercial and hospitality markets.
Having recently become distributors of Mohawk for Western Europe, Tom Mathys joins the strong team at Lano at a key time for the company to build on the development of the Lano and Mohawk product portfolios across the UK and Ireland territories, strengthening the manufacturer’s position as one of the country’s leading flooring suppliers.
