Job Description:

To deliver and assess FeRFA’s NVQ Level 2 supporting learners through a structured 18-month programme combining practical training, portfolio building, and preparation for Assessment. This role plays a vital part in shaping the next generation of skilled resin flooring professionals and raising industry standards. To assess learners on completion of the 14-module course and On-Site Assessment Training “OSAT” for experienced, skilled resin applicators.
