Re provision of a 70 bed accommodation block at Wretham camp. This work includes but is not limited to:
– Full decoration
– New flooring through out
– Repairs to windows
– New 30 minute fire doors
– Fire compartmentation works
– New fire exit doors
– Fire alarm system to L2 standards
– Emergency lights
– Full replacement of plant room
– Replacement of sanitary areas including showers
– New suspended ceilings through out
– Removal of metal lathe and plaster cladding to entire ceiling
– Structure support remedial works
– Repairs to curved metal sheeting roof
– Rain water gutter repairs/replacements
– Replacement of gas heaters
– Ventilation system install
