Quick-Step Master Installer Nigel Bawn has received praise and acknowledgement for his outstanding workmanship and consistently high levels of service at the first ever B&Q Homefit vendor partner day.
Following a stringent vetting process, B&Q Homefit scheme supplies customers with rapid access to locally approved tradesmen with recognised qualifications, with the Quick-Step Master Installer renowned as a seal of excellence. In recognition of the numerous positive comments about Nigel being fed back to B&Q from internal sources and happy customers, the multinational home improvement store has awarded the Master Installer with a Certificate of Excellence. Fiona Brookes, B&Q Homefit National Customer Manager and Jonny Westbrooke, Chief Executive and Clerk of the Furniture Makers presented Nigel with his certificate at the Homefit vendor partner day.
After successfully passing intensive training at the Quick-Step Academy, Master Installers can gain from the opportunity to work in partnership with the B&Q Homefit service in areas of high demand. Launched in May 2013, B&Q Homefit is designed to provide customers with an easy solution to addressing DIY tasks that they either can’t, or shouldn’t, undertake themselves, by providing access to fully qualified and vetted local tradesmen at pre-agreed fixed prices and a B&Q central point of contact to project-manage each job.
The award from B&Q Homefit celebrates not only the quality of Nigel’s first-rate workmanship as a Master Installer, but also his outstanding service and friendly, caring manner when dealing with both clients and colleagues.
