Object SD collection by Vorwerk delivers outstanding eco performance

The new Object collection of solution-dyed broadloom and TEXtiles carpet tiles by Vorwerk is set to transform commercial interiors with its three sustainable and high-performance tufted designs, Ancona, Frisea and Varia.

Created for architects, designers and specifiers working on commercial projects with tight deadlines, the Object SD collection is available from stock in all colours, whether broadloom or carpet tiles.

Providing high-traffic areas in leisure, hospitality, retail and education environments with an exceptionally hardwearing floor surface, all three qualities also offer exceptional environmental benefits.

Crafted from a choice of high-quality polyamide or 100% recycled nylon Econyl yarn, both broadloom carpet and TEXtile carpet tiles are supplied with a fully textile heavy comfort backing.

Completely free from bitumen and PVC, this coaTEX heavy backing is made from around 75% recycled material and delivers high levels of underfoot comfort for a more luxurious finish

Offering a discreet textured loop pile, Ancona is available in eight speckled bold colours including grey, navy blue and green. In the same muted colour palette, Varia has a tufted velours pile, and Frisea provides a tufted frisé texture in a wider range of 17 colours including lighter shades of rust red and mustard beige.

“The Object SD collection has been designed to offer specifiers and designers a go-to range of carpet tiles and broadloom to suit all kinds of commercial interiors,” comments Ian Hammond, UK Director, Vorwerk Carpets. “Providing exceptional performance, it is also an ideal range for those looking for environmentally conscious products.”

Broadloom carpet is available 400cm wide, and tiles measure 50cm by 50cm.

Both are solution-dyed to provide exceptional colour clarity even in areas prone to heavy traffic or excess light, as well as to ensure ease of maintenance.
