New premises for Preptec with Trade Counter
Preptec Equipment Services started business in 2013 and supply a wide range of surface preparation related products and services to many sectors including the flooring, refurbishment and construction industries. Following a successful first two years the company have recently relocated to new purpose build premises with a showroom and trade counter , additional offices , improved workshop facilities , increased storage facilities and a demonstration area.
Paul Mansfield Company Director commented ‘ We have had a very busy first two years working hard to establish the business . We have now built up a good base of customers who use us on a regular basis. Moving into our 3rd year the time was right to purchase our own premises allowing us to invest in the changes needed to move the business forward. We now have improved facilities that are allowing us to provide a better service and showcase what we have to offer when customers visit. Recent focus has been on establishing stronger relationships with our suppliers and to bring new equipment to the market.
We have recently been awarded the UK distributorship for Impacts shot blasting equipment allowing us to offer another new range of equipment to our customers with good feedback so far. Another recent project involved the supply of equipment for concrete shaving 100mm lines in to warehouse floors prior to the client infilling with epoxy paint to create a permanent line marking. Our customers know that we have the experience to offer the correct advice regardless of manufacturer and offer an honest appraisal of the required equipment and method for the particular application. We have seen good growth in many areas of our business including the supply of new equipment , spare parts , consumables and our range of specialist diamond tooling. The internet has opened up the market for new business and with daily inquiries from the UK and overseas we are looking forward to the future with optimism as we provide an important service to a growing and valued customer base’.
