MeisterWerke is re-launching their Nadura range and from 1st of November products will be available at suppliers and retailers. In the beginning of 2012 MeisterWerke successfully launched their Nadura range at Domotex Hanover, but had to postpone the launch in order to further optimize the process and the material components in order to secure the process stability and capacity for the high demand. The product range, which is now re-launched, is offered without changes in appearances and formats.

“We are very pleased with the fact that we are able to offer products to our partners in the fourth quarter as we promised when the launch was postponed. The demand for products remained high during our delay in delivery and we are now able to offer an even improved product to the market. Substantial process related investments and a complete overhaul of the production process have made this possible”, says Mr Ludger Schindler, Managing Director and Sales Manager at MeisterWerke.

Mr. Guido Schulte, Managing Director at MeisterWerke: “We have, together with Välinge, who is the supplier of the technology and the powder for Nadura, optimized and adapted the process even further by replacing the paper backing with powder backing. This gives a more symmetrical build-up of the product. We now have the first industrial Nadura line in the world, equipped for powder coating both on the back and the top, fully integrated and running in our factory.”

The new line enables a multi-layer build-up of the product’s surface which, together with the powder backing, gives a more tolerant production process and increased stability to the product.

“Our temporary powder backing line has served as a base for the integrated industrial powder backing line now installed at MeisterWerke,” says Mr Niclas Håkansson, CEO at Välinge.

Niclas Håkansson continues: “Substantial resources has been put into the project and both companies have worked together in order to optimize and secure the process at MeisterWerke. We are now looking forward to see Nadura products, produced and supplied by MeisterWerke, on the market.”
“Our focus to continuously further develop and optimize the Nadura production line in our own factory has lead to substantial improvements for the production process of Nadura. The Nadura category is still young and we see new possibilities with the powder technology every day. We are convinced that with kept focus, a lot of new developments and very interesting versions will be presented in this field by us and our cooperation partners.
For example it is now proven that powder backing is working satisfactory in an industrial line and several producers of DPL look into the possibility to replace the backing paper with powder in order to save costs.”
