Interfloor expands warehousing capacity

Interfloor has commenced work on a warehouse extension at its underlay manufacturing centre in Haslingden, Lancashire. The 10,000 square feet extension is due to open in the autumn and will accommodate the planned growth in scrap polyurethane foam which is recycled to manufacture Tredaire PU foam underlay.

Phil Reeder, Interfloor chairman said, “this is another stage in the long term development of our PU underlay capacity. We have invested over £2m in new production equipment and added over 60 jobs in Haslingden so that we can sustain and enhance our position as the UK and European market leader in underlay.”
