Indigenous has introduced the Oak Flooring Collection to its natural flooring range. The Collection includes Classic, Old Floor, Pavilion and Rustic floors, which each include a variety of designs and finishes. All floors are crafted from sustainable European Oak and benefit from an engineered construction; this provides stability and makes the floors ideal for installation with underfloor heating.
The Classic Oak Collection is characterised by vibrant grains and rich colours. Boards are available unfinished or pre-finished with oil, in natural, white and smoked finishes, and with optional brushed and bevelled treatments. The range is offered in various widths and long lengths, from 600mm to 2400mm. Meanwhile, the Old Floor Collection has a vintage ‘lived-in’ look. Floors are available in a range of shades, finishes and formats – including an alternative solid construction – and each design is aged and bevelled to give a reclaimed appearance.
The Pavilion Oak Collection has a more subtle, distressed look with occasional indentations and bruised edges. Aged by hand, the floors are available in a range of shades, achieved by smoking and oiling the surface, and in both 13mm and 20mm thicknesses. Sharing the same colour pallet and format as Pavilion, the Rustic Oak Collection differs in its final finish, which is heavily textured and bevelled. This provides character within a traditional environment or added depth and texture within a contemporary space, as well as a splinter-free finish and good non-slip qualities.
