Functional flooring with an eye on style

Banishing utilitarian looks forever, Itec Contract Floors can bring leisure and hospitality environments functional flooring that looks great too, with a range of decorative, safety and acoustic flooring in a diverse mix of inspiring styles. From wood and tile looks, through to mineral and architectural influenced effects the Itec portfolio is extensive and carries suitable specifications for front and rear of house.

As the only sheet, safety and acoustic flooring available in a four-metre width, flooring from Itec Contract Floors allows leisure environments to benefit from the durability and ease of maintenance of vinyl flooring in large front-of-house areas, reducing the telltale signs of seams and the potential for failure that these present. Enhanced with invisible cold joints and Hyperguard+ PUR for ease of maintenance and protection against scuffs, Itec floors continue to look good in even the busiest of locations.

The isafe safety flooring collection provides 36+ slip performance in a range of wood, stone and architectural looks, while acoustic flooring in a similar array of styles brings 18dB sound reduction to help combat noise in busy public areas. Of course, corridors and smaller back-of-house environments can benefit from these or a decorative collection in two-metre wide rolls, throughout all areas Itec bringing excellent value.

Available in a two-metre width, Optimise is the latest acoustic flooring solution from the manufacturer, providing 19dB of sound isolation in a range of styles ranging from wood and mineral decors through to striking bold contemporary colourways. An ideal product for use in hospitality and leisure environments, Optimise features Sanitec® antibacterial treatment, achieves R10 slip resistance and provides ease of maintenance through Hyperguard+ PUR. It is also available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm wear layer specifications to ensure maximum value throughout.

“Hospitality and leisure environments demand floors that perform faultlessly under extremely tough conditions and which can be maintained with the minimum degree of fuss. Itec floors provide this functionality without forgetting that style is incredibly important too,” comments David Bigland, sales director. “Our portfolio provides designers and specifiers with a well-rounded collection of options from Europe’s largest manufacturer of vinyl flooring, retaining excellent value at every turn.”
