This new addition to the CIPHR range of products enables managers to access their people data remotely using their iPhones and iPads.
This will enhance HR productivity, improve communication across organisations and develop employee engagement.
More precisely, CIPHR Mobile allows Managers and HR users to approve or reject time off requests from their employees, in addition to checking the team absence planner.
It also gives them mobile access to the company directory and the ability to place phone calls and send emails directly from the employee record.
The benefits to the business include improved productivity through the ability to deal with HR issues whilst on the move (between meetings, when travelling and even when on holiday) as well as improved employee engagement through better responsiveness to their requests and needs.

Access within CIPHR Mobile is controlled from the company’s CIPHR Net application and available activities can be controlled per employee.
