Manx Tomkinson are looking to fill a vacancy in their Sales team for the territory of South London, Sussex and Kent. In this role, you will be calling on a network of Independent retailers, maintaining the existing display presence, identifying roll sales opportunities, and looking for new customers with whom to grow the business.
Working closely with the National Sales Manager, you will be making use of the Customer Relationship Manager App on the iPad to plan your journey cycle, maximise the time spent in front of the customer, and recording the details of the visits to build a picture of your relationship with individual clients. There will also be opportunities to sell rolls, both to existing and new customers.
The job is ideally suited to someone who is self-motivated, well organised, focused on achieving sales and other key targets, and keen to progress in a sales environment. Whilst previous sales experience is an advantage, it is not essential for the right candidate as full training will be provided. Location is flexible, but close proximity to the Southern half of the M25 would be ideal.
This is an exciting time to be joining Manx Tomkinson as the company has recently been formed following the merger of Manx Carpets and Mr Tomkinson, and it has exciting plans for product and display development over the coming 12 months.
