The luxuries of Lano – National Flooring Show

Visitors to the Buying Groups’ National Flooring Show will have the chance to view an array of stunning carpet styles from the Premium Easy Care and Wilton collections by Lano Carpets as well as the popular Ultimo collection. Displayed on elegant and practical lectern units with large sample sizes that encourage shoppers to touch and feel the sumptuous textures for themselves, the Premium Easy Care Collection is renowned for its stain-free technology and stylish designs. Backed by 7-year wear and 10-year stain warranties, these carpets are bleach-cleanable and are the perfect choice for consumers that demand both practicality and lasting good looks.

Included in this collection is the brand new Grandeur carpet, made from eco-friendly 100% Perlana® fibre that is innovatively made entirely from recycled plastic bottles. Offering the luxurious indulgence of wool carpet with an incredibly realistic wool-like texture and warm to the touch, Grandeur also provides the benefits of stain-resistant fibre for complete peace of mind. This carpet is available in 14 rich and warm tones in either four or five-metre widths.

Another valuable addition to the Easy Care range is Heathertwist Supreme, which is created from 100% Lanoset® polypropylene. Providing a clean cut pile finish with a 40oz pile weight, this carpet ensures high levels of underfoot comfort and is available in 14 sophisticated heathered colours in both four and five-metre widths. Retailers will also be impressed with the popular patterned Heathertwist Design; offering all the same benefits as Heathertwist Supreme, this range is available in 10 matching colours with a tweed effect in four-metre width.

Fairfield Creations, a 35oz 10th gauge twist pile, is ideal for retailers looking to offer shoppers a stylish way of updating their homes. Comprising eight plain colours available in both four and five metre width and four complementing striped designs in four-metre with, Fairfield Creations helps to create coordinated interiors with minimal fuss. The two-ply 40oz twist pile Startwist Supreme and the two-play 50oz saxony Supreme Elegance will also have widespread appeal; available in four and five-metre widths for ultimate flexibility, Startwist Supreme offers 16 chic plain colours, and Supreme Elegance provides 14 bold heathered shades in four-metre width.

The Ultimo concept will also be on display to retailers. Designed to offer homeowners ultimate choice from a variety of luxurious carpet styles, this concept allows retailers to choose eight beautiful styles from a choice of diverse 10 ranges, including carpets created from lustrous bamboo fibre, inviting 100% New Zealand wool and supremely soft polyamide as well as stain-resistant polypropylene. With a variety of textures available too, from level loop piles to plush shag piles and stylish twists, the Ultimo collection is sure to have widespread appeal.

Furthermore, Lano’s stunning 60oz Sumatra Wilton collection is set to capture the attention of retailers at the show with its captivating multi-tonal designs. Comprising five brand new and completely unique patterns as well as two bestselling styles from the established Arabica and Ceylon ranges, Sumatra offers great choice and also comes with the added benefit of 10-year wear and stain warranties. Crafted from two-ply polypropylene yarn and woven on high-tech Wilton looms at Lano, Sumatra offers fantastic pattern definition and clarity thanks to its 420,000 points per square metre finish.
