Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading North West Flooring Contractor who specialise in large Commercial Flooring installations for Schools, Colleges, Hospitals etc with their exciting plans to open a Southern office in the London Area.
We are seeking a key manager to help build this division and who has experience of delivering excellent quality installations and who has the contacts to make a success of this new venture.
Ideally you will be from a Commercial Manager type role within a Commercial Flooring Contractor environment and be capable of taking on all aspects of running a division from finding the work, pricing and winning the contract / project and then effectively managing all aspects of the job, sourcing of materials and labour, liaising with clients and suppliers as well as external contractors to ensure the job is completed on time, to price and to a high standard.
The role requires a candidate with real drive and hunger who is confident that they can get the best out of themselves, their colleagues and suppliers and who is confident In their ability to be the figurehead (with support from elsewhere in the organization) of this new division, with minimal supervision.
A tenacious and capable salesperson who knows how to get the work, you will probably as stated either be working as a Commercial Manager or perhaps running your own operation and wanting to have the benefits and security of a company environment.
