Area Sales Manager – Flooring Products – Southern UK
Briefly, the role is to act as customer account manager. Looking after both existing accounts in South (selected postcode areas) & develop new accounts. Be proactive, customer friendly and helpful to all colleagues and customers alike.
Objectives of the role are briefly –
2. To achieve targets.
3. To develop Key Accounts throughout the area.
4. To introduce customers to new products as they are launched.
5. To fill in a daily call report.Daily / Monthly Responsibilities are briefly –
1. Sales visits to customers and prospects.
2. Selling the full range of products to customers face to face.
3. Arrange sales appointments and call cycle
4. Send a daily call report to Alan.
5. Place all orders with sales office by phone or email.
6. Send all sample requests to the office.
7. Selling over the phone to customers where required.
8. Promoting new ranges and sales initiatives to customers.
9. Sell all marketing or sales activities that relate to a product promotion or customer incentive scheme. DAILY
10. Sales visits to customers and prospects.

14. Place all orders with sales office by phone or email.
15. Send all sample requests to the office.

4. Studying SCR’s/ Targets/ All sales figures & respond accordingly to hit targets
5. Send database changes for PA to update on master database.
6. Attend monthly meetings. MONTHLY
The area to be covered is extensive and covers most of the South of the UK (Postcode Map available) and as such offers excellent earning potential as the area is lucrative and unlimited.
